Overview

We offer flexible purchase options for select pieces, including deposits or staged payments.

Each piece is made to order and reserved specifically for you once your order is placed.


Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed and secured in our production schedule once:

  • Design details have been approved

  • Stone selection has been confirmed

  • Your initial payment or deposit has been received


Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of purchase

    You may request a cancellation for a full refund, provided production has not commenced.

  • After 24 hours or once production has begun

    Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. This includes where materials have been ordered, stones sourced, or crafting has commenced.


Deposits & Instalments

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced

  • Instalment payments are a commitment to complete the purchase of a custom-made piece

  • Payments made toward an order are non-refundable once work has begun

Failure to complete remaining payments may result in cancellation of the order, with amounts paid retained to cover design, sourcing, and production costs.


Order Changes

Adjustments may be accommodated prior to production.

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible. Where changes can be made, additional costs and revised timelines may apply.


Your Rights

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your entitlement to a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.
