What metals do you use?
We work with solid, high-quality metals only:
- 14K or 18K Yellow Gold
- 14K or 18K White Gold (rhodium-plated)
- 14K or 18K Rose Gold
No plating. No shortcuts.
Can I wear this every day?
Yes — our jewellery is designed for everyday wear. Just treat it kindly (diamonds are tough, settings still need love).
Will white gold stay white forever?
White gold is rhodium-plated for that bright finish. Over time, it may need replating depending on wear — totally normal.

Do you do custom designs?
Yes! You can customise your diamond, setting, metal, and size to create something truly yours.
How long does my order take?
Most pieces are made to order and take 3–6 weeks. Custom designs may take a little longer — good things take time.
Can I change my order after checkout?
If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best. Contact us ASAP.

What’s your return policy?
As each custom piece is created to your exact specifications, custom-made jewellery is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — we offer a 1 year manufacturing warranty covering workmanship. Normal wear and tear isn’t included.
