Made to Order

Each piece is created to order and crafted to your individual specifications.

For this reason, all custom-made jewellery is considered final sale.


Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of purchase

    Orders may be cancelled for a full refund, provided production has not commenced.

  • After production has begun

    Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. This includes once materials have been sourced, stones selected, or crafting has commenced.


Deposits

Where a deposit is taken, it becomes non-refundable once production has commenced, as it covers design, sourcing, and materials.


Order Changes

Adjustments may be accommodated prior to production.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. Where changes can be made, additional costs and revised timelines may apply.


Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing provided at the time of order

  • Preference in design, stone, or finish

We encourage careful review of all design details prior to confirming your order.


Faults & Issues

Each piece is carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with:

  • Your order details

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear images of the piece

We will assess the item and advise on the appropriate resolution.


Your Rights

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product:

  • Has a major fault

  • Is not as described

  • Is not of acceptable quality
